Nyla Innuksuk is an Inuk filmmaker, virtual reality creator, and founder of Mixtape VR. Raised in Igloolik and Iqaluit, Nunavut, she wrote and directed the acclaimed sci-fi feature Slash/Back. Known for blending genre storytelling with Inuit culture, Innuksuk is a pioneer in immersive media and Indigenous futurism.
